We focus on using natural ingredients in every product we offer. Our bacon is carefully dry-cured and smoked with oak chips for a full 24 hours, and our black pudding is made from fresh pig's blood. We make all our sausages from scratch to suit your unique preferences. Furthermore, our selection includes handmade burgers, haggis, hams, and gammons, all produced with the same dedication to quality.

Using his culinary background and affinity for flavour, David creates custom seasonings from scratch, allowing clients to develop bespoke recipes unique to their establishments. All charcuterie is handcrafted by David himself, including fennel salami, hot smoked chorizo, bresaola, copa, air-dried ham, and biltong.
