David raises his own small herd of pasture fed cattle on the family farm alongside his brother.  The farm is part of a nature recovery project and the cattle are used for conservation grazing, to boost biodiversity across the farm and restore many plant and bird species back to the Sussex countryside.

David is excited to embark on a new venture in the near future raising Mangalitsa Pigs. Renowned for their high-fat content and slow growth, these pigs offer a rich flavor that is perfect for charcuterie. With their unique characteristics, David looks forward to producing exceptional quality products that will delight gourmets and food enthusiasts alike.
